Overview

In the context of advancing digital payment solutions in the fuel retail segment, TOTAL partnered with inBrand ADWORKS to support the launch of its “TOTAL Mobil Ödeme” mobile payment service. The campaign went beyond traditional print and aimed at transforming payment behaviour at service stations by leveraging a modern visual storytelling approach, including clean, vector-based animations.

Animation & Visual Language

We developed a suite of motion graphic animations that explain how the new mobile payment service works — from selecting station services to completing payment via the mobile app without leaving the vehicle. The clean, vector-illustrated style ensures clarity and accessibility, while reinforcing the brand’s high-technology, customer-focused positioning.

Print & Promo Material Design

Supporting the service launch, we designed a full collateral set including posters, brochures, and outdoor signage (fuel canopy banners, forecourt displays). The visuals reflect the animation aesthetic — bold iconography, simplified colour palette and smart typography — creating instant recognition at the point of sale and across multiple touchpoints.

Digital Campaign Assets

We also created digital campaign creatives optimized for online channels — social posts, display ads and app launch announcements. These assets maintained consistent brand identity and messaging, emphasising ease, speed and security of the new mobile payment method.

Outcome

The campaign successfully introduced the TOTAL Mobil Ödeme service with a coherent visual system across animation, print and digital media. With design-driven clarity and strategic support, the launch established the product’s value proposition and enhanced consumer awareness of a new fuel-payment experience.
