Overview

To strengthen field performance, increase employee engagement, and enhance service quality across its station network, Petrol Ofisi launched an internal communication campaign targeting its field personnel.

Under the slogan “You Are the Star of This Team”, inBrand Adworks developed and executed a comprehensive internal campaign combining motivation, education, and brand alignment.

Campaign Concept – “You Are the Star of This Team”

The campaign positioned station personnel as the true ambassadors of the brand.
The core message emphasized that every employee — from forecourt staff to market personnel — plays a critical role in shaping the customer experience.

The creative tone focused on recognition, belonging, and team spirit, reinforcing the idea that operational excellence begins with motivated individuals.

Motivational Film Production

We produced a high-impact motivational film that highlighted teamwork, dedication, and customer focus.
The film visually celebrated frontline employees as the “stars” of the organization, reinforcing pride and ownership in daily operations.

Training Film Series

As part of the campaign, inBrand Adworks developed a series of training films covering essential operational topics, including:
